Silent Leak: privacy policy
In short
Silent Leak asks for no account, and the game itself collects no personal data: your progress stays on your phone. The only data leaving your device goes through two Google services: AdMob, which shows the ads, and Google Play, if you buy the “Remove ads” option.
Who is responsible?
Silent Leak is published by ChapouX, an independent creator. Contact: chapoux.games@gmail.com.
What stays on your phone
Your progress, stickers, wardrobe and settings are saved in a local file of the game. The pictures and videos you create to share a game are made on your phone. None of this is sent to ChapouX or anyone else: it all disappears when you uninstall the game or clear its data.
Ads (Google AdMob)
The game shows ads between games, and offers optional videos that give a reward. They are provided by Google AdMob, which may process, to show and measure them and to fight fraud: your device's advertising ID, your IP address, technical information about the device and your interactions with the ads.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a message asks for your consent before any personalised ad; without consent, ads stay non-personalised. You can change your choice from the game's settings, and reset or delete your advertising ID in Android's settings.

The “Remove ads” purchase
The purchase is handled entirely by Google Play. The game only receives the confirmation that the purchase happened: never your name or your payment details.
Sharing
When you share your report card or your video, the game opens Android's share menu: you choose the app and the recipient. The game sends nothing on its own.
Children
Silent Leak is suitable for everyone, but it is not specifically aimed at children under 13. ChapouX does not knowingly collect any data about them.
Your rights
The GDPR gives you the right to access, correct and erase your data. As ChapouX holds no data about you, for advertising data please contact Google (links above). For any question, write to chapoux.games@gmail.com. You may also contact your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
Changes
If the game changes how it handles data, this page will be updated before the new version, with its date below.
